You will be contacted for an appointment where you will be presented the most financially beneficial scenario based on the information provided. You will also discuss intricacies such as pricing, closing costs and process questions.
Step 4
If all the terms are to your liking, you will sign an application with your loan officer and then your refinance will be well underway.
